Bad attitude and non delivery after 2:35 hours!

I've ordered Pizzas at 07:00 & the cashier on the line said they are busy & but he will definitely deliver within an hour! We waited & at 08:15 I phoned again to follow up & the same person told me that the driver left with my order as they delayed due to load shedding! Mind you I am in the same area & we didn't have load shedding. At 09:00 I called & I asked for the manager & a guy by the name of Witness came to the phone & he said he is the manager! He has stinking attitude & he doesnt listen! He insisted that the driver came back with the Pizzas cause we werent home, he said he called my number and he spoke to someone else but not me. I told him more than 6 times that Ive been sitting in front of the TV & my cell & no one called & he still insisted & argued with me. I told him that I'm staying in a complex & the security wouldve phoned or even bring them to my house & he **** further by saying the security guy could not get hold of me. I must say that I am thoroughly annoyed & highly ****ed off by the ***** that have been appointed as a manager for Southgate cause clearly he is incapable & failing dismally! Customer service is clearly foreign to him. It's 9:30 & we still waiting
