Bad attitude and impolite behavior

1 star because some called me at 14:38 telling my order will be delayed a little.after 38minutes of it being confirmed by the store. I called at 15:34 to find out a manager put me on hold for 5 minutes, I asked her name she gave me an attitude. She came back I asked her again she said "I told you xolo" said my oder is on its way , while I was addressing her tone and attitude she hung up. It's now 16:15 I haven't recieved my order.When I track online the app says eta 17:30. Worst experience ever I ened up cooking for my guests . Oder#***0 will be too late
