Bad attitude
I called in for an order As I had just left Newcastle going to Ermelo. I checked how much is the waiting time, the agent advised 20 minute's. After 45 minutes when I finally reached there my order was not ready the Agent told me my order had to wait for all the other orders placed before mine with such bad attitude. All other customers had to watch the agent throwing in bad attitude and a sulking face for service. I mean why promise on the turn around time if you cannot keep it. Bad service
