Bad Attitude

Disappointment is an understatement of what I felt after calling this food outlet more than 2 times and made to hold for over 10 minutes without an explanation then on the 3rd time I had to hold the same amount of time then have the phone hung up on me without even being told if they are experiencing problems and they won't be able to assist. When I called to enquire then the person tells me she was confused and I could here the impatience in her voice when she asked me if I've ordered without even waiting for me to finish talking. If this is the service we must just tolerate then clearly we are going to experience problems. Its sad because this is not The first time I report this outlet for bad service if more issues are raised then we are going to be told not turn this into a racial issue but obviously in comparison to dabonaires of the upperclass market this nonsense is not experienced.
