Bad app info, service and product

We do not treat ourselves to take-out often, but did tonight. Due to having 2 boys, one being a teenager, we were looking for value for money to satisfy their appetite. We decided on the On The Double special, and ordered two of it. We kept checking the app's tracking, due to the appetites mentioned, and saw that it said delivered, whilst we were still waiting. I phoned the branch, and spoke to three different people, only to end the call when the driver arrived. The pizzas were cold, tasteless and hardly had any sauce on it. To say we were disappointed would really be putting it nicely.
