Bad and unprofessional service

I ordered pizza at the 27th at 19h00 for the guests I had at my house an hour 30 mins later I call them to find out what was going on,at 1st call the lack of professionalism was terrible no telephone etiquette the person who answered was busy laughing at the background while answering the phone anyway made my enquiry she said she will call me back, after 10 mins of waiting she calls and say they see the pizza was supposed to have arrived by 19h20, so I told them they must cancel the order coz it was too late (21h00) and my guests gave up and left,this lady insist and says the delivery has already left about 10 mins ago which my order was sitting there at the time off call. I said call him and cancel its too late I don't want it anymore almost 2hours later, she says to me they can't coz d driver doesn't have his phone with him am like impossible told her ok I will deal with the driver if and when he gets here, driver arrives at 22h00 and was in bed already knocks like he was about to break down my door I attend to him and told him to take the pizza back as this was ridiculous, I asked him if he doesn't have a phone he says yes he does meaning I was the fool in the phone conversation I had with the lady who answered she **** to me in hope that i was not going to ask the delivery guy. In asset we ended up arguing coz I was not going to pay for something order at 7 and arrives at 10 for who, he even says to me I must take it and eat it the next day really if I wanted pizza the next day I would have ordered the next day. Debonairs in Kuilsriver has pathetic service really dissapointing. Not being the 1st time experiencing a bad service from them so I guess it's their reputation to treat customers like clowns.
