bad and insulting behaviour

My self and 5 other people were awaiting for our orders on the 01/07/2015 at 20:34pm, as we waited we were watching a programme on SABC 1. Gedion changed the chanell to what he wanted. When we asked the delivery guy to ask for the chanell we were watching to be put back on, Gideon opened the office door and said 'who hell wants the chanell to be changed becouse they are not the ones paying for the chanell and they probably don't pay their tv licence' Clearly such companies puts managers such gedion to believe they own the shop and can speak to customers how ever. This is total dissrespect for customers. Clearly we customers don't matter to this company. After being served by a non friendly Ms Shabangu Dieketseng who does not bother smilling nor greet. I strongly recomend this store look for new staff or rather close if not I would rather go to the competion. I am not that desparate.
