Awful service from Debonairs

Debonairs pizza used to be one of the best but lately it's the worst pizza ever. I'm very disappointed twice I've received the wrong order. The first time I let it go but after my order today in which I specifically said to the consultant over the phone that I want a triple decker chicken with sweet chilli source and no double cheese in which she confirmed again before hanging up (time:18:16). 45 minutes later I got my delivery, paid R211 for a completely wrong order. They delivered a creamy chicken triple decker instead of the sweet chilli chicken triple decker and also added extra cheese which I explicitly said I didn't want. The coke was not even cold it was warm and there were hardly any toppings plus there was no extra cheese but on the slip it states extra cheese. I'm appalled and disgusted at the lack of service from Debonairs.
