Awful service

The service I received from Protea Glen was awful. I ordered on the app at 16:48 on the 26th March and the delivery came at 21:15 (4hours later). This is not acceptable and you are taking your customers for granted. This is not the 1st time it happened and I am deleting your app because it's useless and will not support you any longer.
