Awful Service

<p>On the 9th of August I called debonair maponya mall to place an order, and as I called I realised a change as I had to select options anyway I got through to nomfundo she took my order , said 30-40min for delivery. When I ended the call it was 12:50,at 1:44 I called again spoke to tshidzi she said my order has left and will be there in a few minutes, I calls again at 2 as I don't live far from maponya mall,she said she doesn't know I asked her to follow up with the driver , and she said she will asked how will I know she did follow up she said he will come I asked her to take my numbers and she did, at 2:15 I called and she tells me she's still checking on the system she will call me I insisted on holding, and was on hold for 10min while they were chatting and laughing in the background, each time I shout hello for their attention, nomfundo would say "this person is making a noise here" 15 min later she comes back and says nomfundo didn't take my order in, and she will take it now , I had to repeat my order. Where initially when I followed up she took my name and said my order left, .I did not pay for this as I was inconvenienced and had to keep using my airtime and was **** to , I always get appaulling service at maponya each time I place an order, either the pizza is cold or too dry or the order is wrong which I just always pay for and not get angry but today I'm fed up with this service, I love debonairs hence I'm loyal and always over look the pathetic service , I tried bara mall but they are just as bad if not worse. I'm seriously appaulled and need this taken seriously and looked into, Dino came and delivered and I refused to pay he told me the free pizza thing has long being cancelled,told him it's not about receiving a cold pizza which I ALWAYS get but pay for anyway and he knows me very well as we've had encounters before, told him to ask his colleagues and he says they have left for the day , I called got through to Andile who confirmed they are at work so this just proves that they ALWAYS do wrong and shield each other</p>
