Awaiting Refund

<p>I placed an online collection order at Debonairs Auckland PArk by mistake. My order was supposed to go to Debonairs Van Reebeck(Birchleigh). My order was received and payment was als accepted online immediately. I tried contacting te branch after realising that I made a mistake but I couldn't get through. Their lines were just ringng constantly withought being answered. I then contacted the Head Office and asked them to quickly can my ordre before it's prepared but they couldn't assist as well- instead i was told to keep trying the branch (Auckland Park) until someone picks up. I kept trying with no luck up until I received a call from Memory who was the manager incharge. She advised that she was calling from the branch and that the Head Office had asked her not to prepare my order since it wasn't supposed to be sent to Auckland Park. Memory informe me that I will receive a refund since my order was accepted and payment was received- she told about Yumbi ( system used by Debonairs for payments and refunds). She assured me that I will get a refund withing three working days. My order was placed on the 28th November 2016. I called Memory twice during December to inform her that I still have not received my money and she tols me that she will follow up since there is a new Owner and only the old Owner knows about my story. I waited up to now and still no call from Memory, Former Boss or anyone from Debonairs. I called her again last week (beginning of January) and she still promised to call back after getting hold of the old Owner. I am still waiting for her call and my refund! </p>
