Avoid ordering from Debonairs Pizza Eldorado park

I had the worst experience on Saturday 18/12/2021. I ordered pizza online from Debonairs Pizza Eldorado Park using their website. I ordered at exactly 15:05 then I had to call after an hour to enquire about my order. I spent way too much calling calling again and again until I had to cancel and ask for a refund at 18:30 because I had already left for work. This morning I checked my bank statement to see if my money was reversed only to find out it was not reversed. I called them and found out it was not resolved in the first place. Just received an sms confirming it has been done and it might be visible in my account within 5 business days.
