I live in a new estate in Blue Downs which supposedly doesn't pick up on the system. Spoke to several managers.

Whom advise that I be placed through them in the store to take my order. Today Aunty Caroline the manager who rudely sassed me on my phone, place me on a long hold. Unsure of what she was telling me. Who refused to come and faced me. Who knows protocols but not customer service. I'm am never buying at their store ever again. Because if I was white she would be jumping up and down.
