Attitude & Thee WORSt customer service

If there was zero star option I’d rate them that!! Walked in at Debonairs Dube to redeem a vodacom coupon I received & boy BIGGEST mistake!! I don’t know if it’s a circus or business they running.! A lady by the name Ntsako(tsakane) literally cussed us out, laughed at us , looked at us up & down like we trash! She was literally gossiping about us & laughing at us with a colleague with no name tag on..but later found out is (Neyma) ,not even sure if it’s the right name, because when I spoke to the manager who had no name tag on aswel & I asked for his name & he asked what am I going to do with it..😱but eventually told me he’s Victor..I then explained to victor what transpired & when he tried reprimanding her (Ntsako)she kept on laughing & refused to go to the back ! Clearly this Ntsako girl can’t be tamed? How did she even get hired? Doesn’t Debonairs take they staff for training? Because what I experienced today was the lowest! Is this how you treat clients? Soo disgusted by the behaviour let alone the arrogance !! She was very unapologetic for what she did, clearly she doesn’t even respect her job! This put me off the brand, because I should be getting the same standard of service country wide..u go to the north /west & you receive exceptional customer service then when it comes to Soweto 0 ..guys you really need to do better!! Especially where customer service is concerned !!
