i was happy that finally we have a branch this side but was disappointed by the staff<br> ive placed my order fine than i was asked to punch my pin for payment but portia was experiencing some<br> problems wirth her speed point machine but she didnt explain to me whats the problem till she decides to ask me to puch again my pin than i told her her but if the transaction goes through twice i will come back and it did ive paid twice for one product i went back as i did try to talk to her she was not interested on what i was saying to her she started attending other customers letting me just stand by the till untill she decide to call her supervisor at the back office, the supervisor didnt border to ask what went wrong she just said the money will be reversed to my account than went back to the back office they both didnt see any wrong didnt even apologies didnt even boader to check if did get my money back till today..i believe they dont know what is a good customer service is...
