Atrocious service, don't buy from Debonairs Waterloo

How the hell on earth do I order a pizza from Debonairs Pizza Waterloo, from 6pm and at 8pm the pizza has not arrived. The driver lies and says he called me and he could not get through but the phone was on mind hand this whole time. Which is also funny because the Lady by the name of Ntombi could reach me on the very same number that the driver said he could not reach me. My kids are hungry here they have been waiting so long this stupid pizza. I am livid. They are offering to not charge for a drink as an apology, what the hell am I going to do with R34.00 the whole meal should be free.
