Atrocious Service by Debonaires Pizza

I ordered pizza from Debonaires Carletonville on the 5/4/2020 and the pizza was never delivered. I had to make supper for my daughter and wife who's breastfeeding at 20:15 and they ended up eating supper at 21:30. My younger daughter went to bed without being breastfed because my wife hadn't had supper. My wife needs to eat frequently because of the breastfeeding. I was informed that I'll be refunded within 24 - 48 hours. I subsequently ordered again from the same branch via telephone on the 6/4/2020, and the pizza was once again not delivered. I again had to prepare supper for my family and they only ate at 22:00. My younger daughter once again went to bed without being breastfed. This is atrocious service from Debonaires Pizza Carletonville and I'll never ever purchase from this branch again.
