Atrocious delivery service

<p>I placed an order with debonairs Stanger at 18:00 this afternoon and requested delivery at 20:00. 20:30 and my order has not yet arrived. On my first call I'm told that the they will get back to me, 30 minutes pass and I still have not yet received a call so I call back, I am then told that the order was sent out and they will check with the driver and call me back, another 30 minutes pass and no call back so I phone them again, I get the same story, at this point my patience is wearing thin. I decided to give it another 30 minutes which takes me to 22:00, I call in again and nobody can tell me what's going on, I eventually get to speak to the manager as I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund given, the manager accepts my request and asked me to come in tomorrow for a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm amazed at how horrible the service was compared to my experience when ordering online from debonairs new lands east to my office. I've always received my orders on time no hassles. Debonairs Stanger, you guys need to up your game, I understand that it's a busy period but 2 hours and still no order? Stanger isn't such a big place.</p> <p> </p>
