@DebonairsPizza Katlehong crossing

I have been ordering pizza from @DebonairsPizza Katlehong crossing for a while. Never had a problem but this month on the 1st I ordered and my pizza was not delivered. Around 9 someone called and said they had a lot of orders and apologised and said the driver is coming. Even though I had already made and alternative I agreed. The next day she called again and said she's sorry the driver arrived after 10pm and didn't get me. And asked that they deliver again. Still I agreed even though I didn't want it anymore and again it wasn't delivered. Now I have to beg for my refund. I've been sending texts on the @DebonairsPizza twitter page and all they say is that they will get the relevant people to call me. I can't even call the store coz the number doesn't get picked up. I want my money and a proper apology!
