As always, what did I expect?

So, we called them at 18:25 to order our pizza. At 19:30 we called again and we were told that the driver has already left. At 20:00 we called to ask is the driver lost and they said that there might be a delay due to the rain (it was not raining). Just a few minutes after that the driver called and asked what is our address. Told her that she calls me after an hour and 40 minutes and then asks me where I am staying? She then rep**** with a snotty "Do you want me to leave it?".

Maybe it is just because I used to work there (when the service was still good) but that is just not acceptable. Told her to shove the food and started cooking at home at 20:20 due to incompetency.
