Arrogant Manager

Today around 3:30 their land line was just ringing without an answer then straight to voicemail normally I Would call steers and they will answer when the phone line was off I then downloaded the Debonairs app and placed my order when I got to the shop I told them about my order and the trainee confirmed that the phone is off and their machine switched off an hour ago until the rude and arrogant Manager came with another lady from steers they both made me to log in on the app and confirmed that the order has been placed with Tembi mall and not Tembisa I must find my way to Rabasuthu they did not even attempt to assume as their valuable client I decided to leave the store and honestly speaking I’m highly disappointed that they did not even want to call Tembi mall and make arrangements with them on my behalf you can check the store records every Friday I buy my pizza from the store today I make one mistake and they turn my back on me as their client the trainee recognised me and promised to assist up until the arrogant Manager came with the steers lady I’m really disappointed and you have just lost a client I’m going back to Romans
