Arriving late and still billing us
We ordered a pizza at debonairs in grassy park to be delivered. The girl on the phone told us that it would take about 45 min to an hour, which was already incorrect because a delivery usually takes about 30 min at the most. The delivery man arrived one and a half hours late without any apology. Not only was he late, but the pizza was cold and it was the incorrect pizza AND he refused to give the pizza to us free of charge. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!
