Are these Debonairs standards?

On the 30th April around 16.30 my mother bought pizza at your ikwezi convenience center branch. She was promised that the pizza would be delivered in the next 45 minutes. The cashier took down the address and promised that the pizza would be delivered. The pizza only arrived at 8. She asked for extra pizza but there was no extra pizza. The pizza was cold and looked like it had been tossed around. It didn't look appetizing at all. Pizza was late, was cold and it looked like it had been tossed around. We even suspect it was a rejected order. Can debonairs please do something before this branch tarnishes the whole brand.
