Appsolute mistake

<p>I placed an order at 17:14 on the app from Centurion branch. After waiting an hour before enquiring what was the status, phoning 3 times to get the response they cannot handle my call, as they answer my pizza arrives. Once I opened the box I was disappointed to see my pizza all bundled up in a corner. They promised me 20 min later I would receive a replacement pizza, only received it at 19:14: 2 hours for service. I am not pleased!!</p>
