Appaulling service and terrible ice cold quality and presentation of pizza

My complaint is for the newly opened store in Eldorado Park. It is not listed on the shops menu.

I bought pizza, on the triple=1 Tikka chicken+1 Debonairs chicken and 1 Sweet & sour ribs, online on 26 November 2021 at 15:55 and made an online payment as well. After 18:00 that evening, I started calling Debonairs because the pizza was not delivered, ***, ***, *** and *** but couldn't get hold of anyone, instead your voice prompt informs me you have a lot of calls holding i must call back and the call is released. I got into my car and drove to the shop, what a mad house, my order couldn't be traced and after a couple of minutes it was traced and was informed the driver is on his way. I got hole at 18:35, pizza was just delivered ice cold. Could not dispute the fact that the pizza aught to be free because I had already made an online payment. And then, after opening it, i noticed that my Tikka chicken pizza only had half the toppings on it, the other half's slices were dry, with only the base that was baked, no cheese no chicken on it. I would love to send you pics as I took the pics with such a disappointed heart.

I don't think the store or the people is ready for this venture, someone needs to intervene, a lot of fights will be stirred up with this current situation.
