Appaulling service

Now I understand that we as customers receive terrible service from Debonairs Pizza because it comes from the top. I mean when a customer lays a complaint she/he must be contacted by the business. I complained two weeks ago but still have not heard anything from anyone from Debopnairs. Appalling service I tell you.
