APPAULING SERVICE - Boksburg Keylargo
Good day <br> <br> On Friday 2015/06/26 15:22 I send an email to your [Email Removed] with an complaint.<br> <br> Till today at 11:10am I've not received and formal call or feedback regarding this matter. here is extracts of the mail.<br> <br> I would like to inform you of the poor service we received today, actually I want to go as far and say ATROCIOUS SERVICE, cause if what we received is called service I cringe to think what is bad service...<br> <br> We an office party and with 3 birthdays and a baby shower and various colleagues that was invited to the celebrations. And we promised there will be food.<br> <br> 10:50am this morning I placed an order online and said the order needs to be by us at 12pm as the festivities would start.<br> <br> 12:09 we called and they told us the order was going out. At 13:29 the pizza arrived black freshness indicators and stone cold. and a lot of excuses, loadshedding (and your pamphlet says generator installed ) was also to blame apart from being an busy day. <br> <br> Please Contact me and i'll resend the original mail with supporting documents and photos.<br> <br> Johan
