Appalling Service If Any @Debonairs Pizza Dobsonville!!!!!!!

#BadService I am truly disgusted and appalled by the service or rather the lack thereof. I ordered pizza online for delivery on the 10th of July at 17:18. I waited till 19:06 and started making calls to the Dobsonville Mall Debonairs to enquire on where my order is. I have been tracking this order and at some point it showed that the driver is at Braamfisher. After numerous futile calls I tried to make where I was taken from pillar to post, my call being transferred and dropped. My order was then canceled for no apparent reason. I am so dissatisfied with the service I receive, the unwillingness to help and the "I don't care attitude " I received.

I then had to rush to Dobsonville Mall Debonairs and go find out where my order is. Bare in mind I had paid for delivery, used my airtime to chase delivery and then use my petrol to go fetch the order.

As if that is not enough, they werent remorseful and I did not receive any valid reason for the delay of delivery and most importantly the cancelation of an order I had paid for. I only got a pizza which was half done and not what I ordered to begin with.

I am extremely angry that there is no recourse for this nor was I assisted when I asked for escalation channels.

I hope to hear from you how this will be dealt with.
