Appalling Service from Verulam Debonairs

Verulam branch has bunch of rude *********** idiots. Worst Service ever. As per them, I was requested to pay online and they will change the delivery address thereafter. Still the delivery went to the wrong address, the driver refused to wait to listen to whom it should go at the fire station, it was just dropped off for 20 guys to guess who it was meant for. When a called the branch back, they did not inform the driver who in the firestation the pizza must be delivered to, and they cut the call twice on me cos they had no answers.
