Appalling Service From Debonairs

The service levels from Debonairs Phoenix plaza is absolutely appalling. Placed an order at 18:55 was told it will take an hour and 15 Minutes as they are extremely busy so I placed the order. By 20 :15 I called to check on my order and I was then told it was not in the oven as yet and it would take an hour more. Reason now was that they have one small oven working. That is unacceptable. Very upset customer.
