Appalling service

I ordered a pizza on the 22nd of December 2021 around 07:23 PM the order was not delivered ,the same day around 08:30 pm the driver called to confirm address but he didn't arrive. I made an effort on the 23rd and went personally to the store to speak to the manager about the matter at hand and was told he will only reported for duty around 03:00pm i should leave my number for him to call me but that did not happen.the same day on the 23rd received an email to say I should expect an sms from the manager but no sms was recieved...on the 24th another email received to expect an sms and still that did not happen.received an email on the 26 to confirm my contact number I did comply and provides my numbers, they tried calling on the 26th but we had loadshedding and network issues they couldn't get hold of me .in the 27th I phone the store and spoke to Ndalamo the Manager of which he asked me to repeat myself to him then he took my contact numbers and physical address and said he was going to investigate I should give him 30min ,it's now over 5hrs he hasn't got back to personally I feel their service is bias.
