Appalling service at Centurion Lifestyle
I would like to complain about the service at Centurion Lifestyle as I placed an order for delivery at 17:44 and at 20:02 the order still has not arrived. When I call the call center over an hour ago they told me the driver had just left the store. Two hours later I call the call center again they say he's still on the way. Is this a normal way to treat a customer? When I placed the order I was not told that it would take 2 hours for it to be delivered otherwise I would have opted for another store. This is unacceptable as now j need to order food again from another store whilst I have paid my money to Steers already and sitting hungry for two hours. Even when i write this now the food has still not been delivered.
