Appalling Service

Appalling service. During these times of Covid-19, many are sceptical of online deliveries. I however decided to try ordering pizza after an SMS on Debonairs promotion. After placing my order, I was advised that the order will take between 30-50 mins to arrive. I understood and accepted the timeframe. After a little over an hour, I called in to find out the status of my order delivery, which to my surprise had not yet left the store for delivery. I have used many delivery services during this pandemic times and have not had to wait for over an hour on deliveries especially when you live 2 streets away from a popular street filled with takeaways. Debonairs Phoenix Plaza, your service is disappointing and the employees need to be uns****ed on customer service.
