Appalling service.

For the second time, why am I not surprised. Placed an order at 19:33, confirmed and payed for. Called the store an hour later to ask where my order is and to be told they’ll call the driver and call me back, 30 minutes later and still no call back from the store. I decided to call them again, considering the fact that it’s usually busy at this time. I was advised my order is on its way and they apologized for the delay. Waited yet another 30 minutes and being forced to call again, this not getting through to the store and all and rather being passed around the contact center saying they can’t help me and I need to speak to the store. How do suppose I do when it’s the store is closed? If they ever figure that out, I’d like to know. Absolutely disgusted by both store and call center. Did I forget to mention I still didn’t get my paid order? Lol. Appalling service. Never ordering from debonairs athlone again.
