Appalling service

Good day I wanted to voice out appalling service from Diepkloof branch. I ordered a crammed pizza via Uber eats when it finally got it, it was dry with almost no fillings at all. We called in 3 times and the call got hung up 1st by ayesha then by yonela then when I finally got to speak to the manager Victoria she literally told me that there's nothing she can do(this coming from a full manager) she didn't even care when I threatened to contact the head office because of their bad service.....What a *******
