I am absolutely livid with the pathetic level of service from Debonairs Pizza Gugulethu. I placed order #*** on 12 March 2026 at 10:55. My delivery was estimated for 11:27. Instead, my food showed up at 2:30 PM. A three-hour delay is not just "late"—it is a complete failure of service. Expecting a customer to wait that long for a simple pizza order is insulting. To make matters worse, I have already lodged a formal complaint and have been completely ignored. It seems Debonairs Gugulethu is happy to take a customer's money but has zero interest in providing the service promised or even acknowledging when they’ve failed. This is unprofessional and frankly, a disgrace for a brand of this size. I want an immediate explanation for this delay and a proper gesture of goodwill to compensate for the massive inconvenience and the total lack of communication. Sort this out.
