Appalling service

Bought a pizza from the Newlands West branch in Durban. Arrives all squashed when the guy tried to keep the dot red by putting the hot plate on top of the pizza. On opening the pizza, it was not the three cheeses with salami that I ordered. This pizza had mince and other toppings. I called the branch a d their solution was I can get a pizza free with my next order. Like really! My grand kids are hungry and you speak of a free pizza the next time I order. Head office promised to call, but all I received was a message saying they are closing my complaint as they were unable to reach me. I wonder if they ever took into a count that some of us work during the day, a d unlike their Newlands West staff who sit on phones whilst serving, we cannot answer phones at work? Oh and the cherry on top, I delivery man who shouts at me from the road rather than walk down the steps, who eventually knocks at the door a d greets me with HOLA? I AINT SPANISH. That branch is constantly delivering sub sub standard service. The franchisee needs to be forcefully replaced.
