Appalling Service

I have a complaint about the service provided by Debonairs Virginia Free State, I have never experienced such inefficiency out of all instances I had to order from any Debonairs in all parts of the country I have been... orders take 2hrs before they arrive and when they do arrive they have forgotten other items of the order and it is not for the first time. Today I placed an order @ 17h09 for the on the triple pizza feast for my after school programme learners they waited until 19h00 for an incomplete order just the pizza without cold drink and wings an hour later the driver “Lefu” comes back with the cold drink and ****tail sausages which we can’t even consume for religious reasons why didn’t they make a call to explain their challenges and have me choose an alternative... I am fuming ? I’m not going to be suprised if they close for business there is mismanagement all the time. What can they not keep up with the demand? Then they should pack up and leave and not give such poor service!!!!!!
