Appalling behaviour at Bridge City KwaMashu
Stinking attitude from your cashier. I called in at 13:13 and got to the store at 13:30. I asked to pay for my collection order. Did so, there is no communication on the process at hand. I stand on the side, a lady comes to call out orders and I ask for my order number she rolls her eyes and says she just processed my order. I keep quiet, she assists close to 4 people. Still no communication what so ever. I ask why haven’t I received my slip, she says because it’s collection and I further question why hasn’t she explained anything about my order as it’s over 20 minutes now. She says she didn’t see the point to, doesn’t apologise but continues with her stinking attitude. I get very frustrated and the only response I get is my order was put through at 13:17. Nonetheless it’s been over flipping 20min. She doesn’t apologise nor check on my order still just shouts through the hallway and there are other customers there. She is very unprofessional. I ask for her name and she ignores me till I ask again with force and she says she is Phume hawu. Still shouting back. If debonairs keeps employees like this you definitely will lose clients. It’s not the first time I have seen her doing this. Do something about this employee. Send her to training or something her attitude is appalling and she must know that just cause she works at KwaMashu doesn’t mean she must treat people anghow. Sticking attitude at your Bridge City Store
