Appalling

Absolutely ridiculous service. I’m getting tired of this now. Firstly I pay for my order online expecting to receive what I ordered. My 3 cheese pizza arrives with no sprIng onion despite reminding them again not to forget it. Secondly I ordered a tropical storm Powerade and without telling me they bring the wrong flavor. When I confronted the driver and told him I don’t drink that and I’ll take my R19.90 back politely he just said no. Now I’m stuck with a drink I don’t want and a topping short on my pizza. This is not the first time either. I’m pretty sure this violates consumer protection. Who knows how many times this has happened to other people who just brush it off while Debonairs profits from us.
