Appalled and Disgusted.

I am appalled by the service given by Debonair and their Uber Eats delivery. We ordered food at debonair totaling to R372.70 at 19:48 and we were given an order no. #9FA7D. This was sent with an estimated turnout time of 20:55, of which we had no problem with. The problem started when they kept extending the time from 20:55 to 21:10 and then 21:30 that resulted with them canceling the order. Another problem is that their adjustment of funds were incorrect R359.80 and was not refunded immediately. We are still waiting for that refund adjustment and balance.
