Appaling service

The service at Debonairs in De Deur is appalling. I ordered pizza online and was told delivery will take 45 min. However an hour and 15 minutes later, still, no delivery. I called the store, there was no apology and I canceled it. This is the 2nd time this happens, the manager in charge should do better. This is not how you run nor keep customers.
