App order not delivered order No#***

On , I placed an order the above ref on the app, the ref No **********

I place the order at 5-37pm, this pizza was to celebrate a friend surprise birthday which was never delivered.

One of the consultant did tell me that the order was going to be delivered but not at the time I had requested which I gladly accept however order was not delivered at all. This was very embarrassing in front of my friends. I called several times but there was no answer. Then eventually someone called me and told me the order was coming after 25 minutes even then the order was never delivered.

I am completely dissatisfied about the service I got and did not receive any apology or communication .

I am big customer of Debonairs for years now and atleast buy your food once a week this has disappointed me a lot.

I doubt I will ever order with Debonairs especially with the app why introduce technology that is not working debonairs is useless and doesn't care about its customers
