Another disappointment with debonairs

I placed my order at 17:44 on the debonairs app. I have an infant and cant go out and buy so i thought this would be convenient for me, and i paid for the order online. Order number ***1. After 20mins i was unable to track my order. So i called after an hour at 18:44 but the line kept cutting with no way of tracking my order. The lady at the national line said she would get the manager to call me back of which never happened. My order arrived an 1h40 mins after, mind you i only stay 3kms away from the pizza store. My pizza is cold and not satisfactory at all. Il never order from Debonairs again. Im very disappointed
