Another BS experience with Debonairs Newlands West

Placed an order with Debonairs Newlands West last night at 7:13pm waited for it for over 2.5 hours and when we called we were told the driver is on the way and we must be patient because of the rain. We waited and the driver did not show up. Called twice more to cancel the order and spoke to the manager who sounded like she couldn't even be bothered. We only received the Pizza after 10pm when they had already even closed and when we got it, the pizza was stuck on top of the box. We didn't turn it back cause the kids had been waiting for it. No apologies from the manager. The driver apologized for the other driver who apparently "thought he delivered the pizza" which is BS.

Ive had a few bad experiences with this place but this is the worst!
