Annoyed

On the 21st March I bougt pizza for my kids using their app and to my suprise I received confirmation that my order was delivered and when I called home to check if it was a correct order and I was told nothing was delivered I checked all.my details were correct since nobody but me is using the app ... I called customer care and the lady logged a query for me and to think of it delayed and when she called me back the order was still at the shop when my food got home it was cold. I logged a complaint about the matter on the app and when they called me it said KFC customer care and I did not answer because I did not have any dealings with KFC and I responded again to them and advised on the number that they can reach me on till this very day no one has ever came back to me and I communicated twice and what irks me is that Aall along Inwas buying from Jabulani Mall and I never had any problems but first time buying from Maponya and now this...
