Angry n disappointed

I ordered an online only deal of

-2X medium pizzas

-1 death by chocolate

-1L of sprite

From cosmo city mall branch,funny enough I didn't get my 1L sprite which I paid for the driver told me they forgot it.but they still haven't delivered it,they're acting like it's my fault yet it's printed on their slip in black and white. Secondly delivery in cosmo city it's not free they charge R15 I'm very much disappointed and Angry coz I paid for something I didn't get.
