Angry customer who was ill treated

I placed an order for delivery yesterday around 18:16 at De Deur debonairs pizza and even today it has not been delivered and around 19h00 I called to add something on my order and spoke to some lady who said I can't because my order is already on the system, and they are done with it, they are about to bring it, it didn't come no one called and when I tried to call again they didn't pick up the call so they closed without bringing the pizza or call to make an excuse, such bad service from such a big company and to think I stay 10 minutes away from the shop
