Angry customer

I ordered my pizza on Saturday 21st of March 2020 at 19:46 by debonairs Goodwood. The driver arrived had my slip but no pizza, then he said he will fetch it. On top of that 2 hours I called the shop regarding my order than the cashier appologised for the delay and that they will ask the driver to bring my order. Only to find out its the same driver. The box was warm and though they did the new order. We tried to use the speed point machine then gave us problems. Then he said he will fetch the other machine. When I got inside the house, the pizza is dry meaning they gave the very same pizza. The driver didn't return and he called me Tuesday for the payment. I send a complaint, it hasn't been attended to, so the driver keeps calling like it's my fault. So I won't pay for the pizza and the driver should stop calling me.
