Angry customer

I placed an order on Saturday at 17pm was assisted by Lethabo at debonairs in Dobsonville. So she told me my dilevery will only take 45 min bt to my surprise it ddnt so I kept calling debonairs to find out wats happening bt they kept putting me through to the driver then he said he was few mons away bt he came aftr 18h45 when he came he came with a cold pizza n he wanted me to pay for it I refused told him to return back with it
